Raised in Broome County, New York, Jeff Roma is a lifelong entrepreneur whose journey blends discipline, leadership, and an unwavering belief that success is built through boring consistency. Jeff attended Temple University, where he played collegiate baseball before graduating in 2003—an experience that shaped his competitive mindset and commitment to daily improvement.

Jeff’s professional career began in health and performance. After launching and scaling a successful personal training business, he transitioned into healthcare sales with Quest Diagnostics, where he spent 16 years rising from sales executive to business owner. During that time, he co-founded, scaled, and successfully exited a laboratory venture and currently serves as a managing partner in a growing lab operation.

Driven by a passion for ownership and long-term wealth creation, Jeff expanded into real estate investing and development. He has developed and owns a 46,000-square-foot self-storage facility in Pennsylvania and is working on his second facility totaling 61,000 square feet. Along with running self-storage syndications and multifamily syndications, he also co-owns a real estate business focused on acquiring and renovating single-family homes throughout the PA market. His investment philosophy centers on disciplined underwriting, resilient asset classes, and markets that reward patience and execution.

Beyond business, Jeff is deeply passionate about fitness, wellness, and nutrition. A lifelong learner, he enjoys studying supplements, performance optimization, and habits that support long-term health—believing that physical and mental fitness are foundational to high performance in business and life.

Jeff has also long been drawn to network marketing and affiliate business models for their ability to empower everyday people. He is passionate about helping individuals simplify business, build confidence, and learn how to create wealth through consistent action rather than hype or shortcuts. At the core of his mission is a belief that anything is possible when you show up every day and do the work—especially when it’s not exciting.

Based in Chester County, Pennsylvania, Jeff is a devoted father to three amazing children and a leader committed to helping others build lives defined by freedom, impact, and legacy.

How involved do I need to be as an investor?

Not much at all. Our investment opportunities are designed to be completely passive. Jeff and the CAE team handle everything—from property acquisition and due diligence to asset management and reporting. You get the benefit of owning real estate without the day-to-day work of being a landlord.

We specialize in self storage apartments and self-storage facilities—two asset classes known for their stability, cash flow, and scalability. Jeff is actively involved in both ground-up developments and value-add projects, always prioritizing conservative underwriting and long-term growth.
