Raised in Broome County, NY, Jeff Roma’s journey began at Temple University, where he played collegiate baseball and graduated in 2003. After launching a successful personal training business, he transitioned into healthcare sales with Quest Diagnostics, where he thrived for 16 years—rising from sales executive to business owner. Jeff co-founded, scaled, and exited a laboratory venture and now serves as a managing partner in a growing lab operation. But his entrepreneurial drive didn’t stop there. Today, Jeff is a passionate real estate investor and developer.

He has broken ground on a 46,000 sq. ft. self-storage facility in Pennsylvania, partnered on syndications involving multifamily apartments and storage assets, and co-owns a business focused on acquiring and renovating single-family homes in the PA market. Based in Chester County, PA, Jeff is also a devoted father to three amazing children, and a leader committed to helping professionals build lives of freedom, impact, and legacy.

How involved do I need to be as an investor?

Not much at all. Our investment opportunities are designed to be completely passive. Jeff and the CAE team handle everything—from property acquisition and due diligence to asset management and reporting. You get the benefit of owning real estate without the day-to-day work of being a landlord.
